Lost

The last few days have been... I've been feeling lost. I've mentally stuck myself in a trap, and I can't save myself, no matter how much I try and fight it.

Maybe I'm stuck forever, and everything is just a figment of my imagination. Maybe this is hell and I am already dead. Maybe this is my hell. Maybe this is what it's like when you take your life.

How can you know what tomorrow will bring? How can you find a direction if you assume everything will always be the same? How can you know the answer to your life when you haven't fully experienced it? How can you know if you can't wait for tomorrow?

We ask ourselves questions every day. Looking for the answers in the wrong places and in the wrong ways. Sometimes, some of us, even know this yet we delude ourselves to that fact. We justify it in our own way, because the answer we want, is the answer we cannot have, or don't need yet we believe it to be the one true answer. Then we continue each day falling deeper into the trap we laid before us believing there is no way out.

When there is. Admit to your problems, be honest with yourself and pursue your purpose, your dreams. Find the real answers to your life. Because it comes down to you, even with help from people or medication to correct issues. The driving force of your life is you. You have the control, you have the choice and it's all up to you in the direction you want to take your life.

Sometimes we may lose our direction. Become lost. But if you always remember that you are the person who controls your life, you'll never be lost forever. Answers don't come straight away, but they can never come if you give up looking for them.
